- Edward Goldstein, MD, is a child neurologist based in Atlanta, GA. A graduate from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, he also completed his residency in both Neurology and Pediatrics from this prestigious institution. While a Resident he served as the Pediatric Co-Investigator on the NIH's AIDS/Neurology Program Project Grant. He also completed an EMG / Neuromuscular Disease Fellowship at Emory University. Dr. Goldstein's expertise lies in child neurology, neurodevelopmental disabilities, spasticity management, neuromuscular disease, metabolic disorders and EMG/Electrophysiology. He has contributed to the medical community through a number of publications in respected journals and books on topics related to his specialties, and served on the MDA's National Clinic Committee. Dr. Goldstein has been honored as a Top MD from Consumers Checkbook and Castle-Connelly. Regrettably, Dr. Goldstein was forced to retire in 2011 due to health problems.
