  • Summer Research AssistantApplied DNA sub-cloning techniques including PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and gel electrophoresis to generate two lentiviral vectors: the first containing a transposon element, and the second containing a transposase, to be used for subsequent genomic screening for cardiomyocyte proliferation.2012 - 2012
