- Dr. Edwin Woo, DO, FACP graduated from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in 1988. He finished his residency in Internal Medicine from the Central Texas Medical Foundation (which later became the University of Texas/Dell Medical School) in 1992. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
He has devoted the majority of his career serving veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Austin, Texas. There he served as Supervisor/Director of Primary Care for over 16 years. He has also served as adjunct faculty for Texas A&M Health Sciences Center and the University of Texas/Dell Medical School teaching medical students and medical residents during their clinical rotations. He received numerous special contribution awards during his 24 years of service in the Department of Veterans Affairs and he retired in 2019.
Currently, Dr. Woo is a Regional Medical Director for Total Primary Care.
