Dr. Soto earned his Bachelor of Science and Medical Degree at the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. As he was finishing his studies at the School of Medicine, his primary focus was oncology. Dr. Soto also concluded a research fellowship in pain medicine neuromodulation and became an Attending Physician at the latter institution. He held the title of Assistant Professor of the Departments of Medicine and Anesthesiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in NY.
