- Dr. Elisa Bradley is an adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) cardiologist at the Penn State Health Heart & Vascular Institute on the campus of the Hershey S. Milton Medical Center. She is one of a small number of ACHD specialists funded by the National Institutes of Health for her research on the late complications of congenital heart disease. She is the incoming president of the only U.S. based ACHD research network, the Alliance for Adult Research in Congenital Cardiology (AARCC).
Dr. Bradley received her medical degree from The University of Illinois, completed internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, Cardiology Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis Missouri and Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) subspecialty training at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children's Hospital. Dr. Bradley 's research is focused on translational aspects of late sequelae affecting adults with congenital heart disease (arrhythmia, sudden death, heart failure and pulmonary hypertension).
