Summary

• For almost 20 years, working in the medical field, I have witnessed the extreme amounts of disease we are suffering from in America. While working in a critical care setting, my focus was on the study of disease progression. I began to realize the tools I had to help people become well, were limited. In an effort to better serve my patients, I began studying wellness. I started to understand how nutrition, stress management, exercise and healthy habits all play essential roles in the overall wellness of the human body and its longevity. The bodys natural state is one of wellness, and with the right environment, it can heal itself. I have elevated the wellness of hundreds of clients by creating custom protocols, focused on personalized nutrition, essential oils, supplements, stress reduction, and wellness habits. My ideas of health promotion rests around the idea that by combining the modern and naturopathic care approach you get the best outcomes.
