• Evelyn Silva, DNP, APRN, PPCNP-BC, CPN, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatric spinal disorders at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital’s Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and Spine Institute. With more than 20 years of pediatric healthcare experience and over 11 years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she specializes in the evaluation and management of children and adolescents with scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, and other spinal deformities.
  
  
  Her clinical practice encompasses both operative and nonoperative spine care, including independent outpatient evaluation and management, perioperative and postoperative care, inpatient rounding, and patient and family education. She works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary pediatric spine team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care throughout each patient’s treatment journey.
