F. David Winter Jr., MD, is a Concierge Medicine physician based in Dallas, TX. He completed his medical degree in 1975 at the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center, completing in 1978. He received a Master of Science in Medical Management from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2000. He serves as Chairman of the Signature Medicine Concierge Division of HealthTexas Provider Network, a division of Baylor Scott & White. In addition to his clinical practice he serves on the Board of Trustees of Baylor Scott & White and is founder and Chairman of the Discovery Foundation, a philanthropy organization.
