Summary
- I am a Board Certified Nephrologist. We are a specialty Nephrology Practice located in Chicago, currently comprising 2 Nephrologists and 4 Nurse Practitioners. We currently have office hours Mon to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to attend to our patient's needs and carry to service diligently and avoid long waiting times to get in new patients on schedule.
our own Home Dialysis Program, and are Joint Ventured with Fresenius Kidney Care at the Fresenius West Metro Dialysis Center, we also see patients at several other dialysis centers throughout the Chicagoland area.
Our Mission
Slow Down Renal progression to avoid Dialysis. However, when needed we provide a tailored therapeutic approach, especially to Elderly patients. we provide Home dialysis training to patients and caretakers.
We strive to enhance Quality of Life by providing dialysis in the Comfort of their Home.
We screen all geriatric patients for cognitive impairment, depression, falls, and polypharmacy to prevent hospitalizations and reduce mortality.
