• I am a board-certified emergency physician based in Los Angeles and the founder and product lead of HealthMaxxing. I hold a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), a Master of Medical Management (MMM), and an MBA.
  
  I built HealthMaxxing with licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Tina Halabian to bring everyday body-and-mind wellness tracking into one app. It connects nutrition, hydration, sleep, movement, recovery, mood, journaling, breathing, and wearable data. People can explore possible patterns in their own logged history without treating associations as causes or medical conclusions.
  
  At HealthMaxxing, I lead product strategy, clinical safety, evidence standards, and public-facing health education. My work also includes applied AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, and clinical model evaluation. I previously served as an emergency-medicine subject matter expert reviewing AI training tasks at OpenAI for clinical realism, complexity, and professional accuracy.
  
  Online, I am also known as Doctor Fayez and Life of a Doctor. I am interested in responsible consumer health technology, clear health communication, and tools that support reflection without replacing professional care.
