He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Surgery at Rutgers Cancer Institute and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and has held multiple roles, including Director of Rutgers Cancer Institute at Hamilton, Interim Chief of Breast Surgery Section, and is currently the Cancer Liaison Physician and Breast Program Director at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, NJ. His expertise includes image-guided breast biopsies, and different techniques in the surgical treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the breast such as breast conservation, mastectomies, and nerve-restoration. Dr. Eladoumikdachi has contributed to the field through many publications more recently focused on preoperative radiation and has been recognized with several certifications related to meaningful use of electronic medical records, and image-guided procedures.
