- I have a strong interest in studying Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Interventional Gastroenterology. These are specialized areas of medicine that I find fascinating and want to explore further.
Inflammatory Bowel Disease includes conditions like Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. I'm intrigued by the complex factors that contribute to these diseases, such as genetics, environment, and problems with the immune system.
Interventional Gastroenterology is an exciting field that combines diagnosis and treatment techniques for gastrointestinal issues. It involves using advanced tools and procedures, like endoscopic ultrasound and minimally invasive interventions, to help patients. I'm drawn to the technical skills and clinical knowledge required in this field.
