Dr. Kelcz received a PhD in Physics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1975, then was employed as a Medical Physicist at the Neurological Institute, Columbia University, New York City until 1980. He earned his MD from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in 1982, completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Minnesota in 1986, and completed a Fellowship in abdominal radiology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1987. In 2016, he was recognized as a Fellow by the American College of Radiology.
