- I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician focused on improving primary care services to marginalized and minoritized populations, especially those with serious mental illness. My clinical practice currently focuses on mental health. My research incorporates community engagement, policy analysis, and population health strategies to improve health equity. Additionally, I am an Executive Board member of the Latinx Advocacy Team and Interdisciplinary Network for COVID-19 (LATIN-19).
