  Dear Recipient Name,
  I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon in central Pennsylvania looking for a change. My practice involves a unique skill set consisting of both shoulder and elbow and hip/knee reconstruction. I have performed over 10,000 arthroplasty cases. I have developed a very busy shoulder and elbow service at a large tertiary care medical center. The service was started from scratch about 15 years ago and is extremely comprehensive. My practice includes both arthroscopic and open procedures that is heavily weighted in shoulder arthroplasty. I readily accept challenging revision cases and periprosthetic fractures.
  
  The program that I have developed includes a preoperative patient education program and a computerized resident teaching program. I am a strong resident advocate and my rotation has become the favorite at my institution. Many of my prior residents have pursued upper extremity fellowships and almost all prior residents perform shoulder arthroplasty as a part of their current practice.
  
  In addition to resident teaching, I speak at many CME courses and am a shoulder and elbow consultant and design surgeon with DJO Surgical. My unique background in hip/knee reconstruction has often been helpful in our design process and solutions.
  
  My strongest attributes are my passion for Orthopaedic Surgery and my tireless work ethic. My energy and love for Orthopaedics is infectious.
