  In my practice, I take a balanced, conservative approach to medication, using it intentionally and always considering how lifestyle, behavior, and non-pharmacologic remedies can enhance or sometimes reduce the need for medication. I believe this integrative mindset leads to more sustainable patient outcomes and a more meaningful therapeutic process.
  
  I’m direct and transparent in my clinical reasoning, and I encourage the same openness within the teams I work with. I care deeply about creating an environment where clinicians feel supported in thinking critically, engaging collaboratively, and continually developing their skills. My goal is to foster a culture where thoughtful assessment, compassion, and innovation coexist so patients receive the highest level of care and clinicians can thrive professionally.
