• This Family Physician has had the honor of training at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and practicing Family Medicine in the Cleveland, Ohio area for the past 30 years. She is past Chair Department of Family Medicine at Lake Health, and founding Medical Director of Lake Health Patient Centered Medical Home initiative. Currently, she is site director for Lake Health Willowick CPC+ initiative and serves on Lake Health IPHE committee as well as Executive Committee, Department of Family Medicine.
