Summary

  • I am both a sleep specialist and primary care physician. I am passionate about treating sleep disorders and promoting healthy sleep. Sleep is often under-appreciated in this modern society. However, sleep disorders have serious consequences on wellbeing, productivity and quality of life. In fact, healthy sleep is vital in almost every aspect of good health. For me, the most rewarding part of sleep medicine is seeing the life-changing moments when my patients realize a restful sleep that they have not had for many years. I hope to help my patients achieve optimal health through better sleep.

My other interest includes immigrant health. Previously, I have worked with the Asian population in San Francisco. I am experienced in hepatitis B, tuberculosis, sexual transmitted diseases, and HIV/AIDS medicine.
