Summary

• I am a determined and compassionate new graduate nurse practitioner with 15+ years of experience in home health, emergency department, chronic care management, and clinical management, which have provided a strong clinical background as I seek an outpatient primary care clinic position as a nurse practitioner.
  
  I performed NP clinical rotations in adult primary care, pediatrics, and women’s health with >95% positive preceptor evaluations. I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau, with a 3.87 GPA in my Master of Science in Nursing program.
  
  I am proficient in providing quality, patient-centered care, including physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advocating for health promotion and wellness. I have a passion for patient education and have well-developed skills in patient communication. In transitioning from nurse to provider, I am excited to be able to make an impact on my community and patients/families. I look forward to having the opportunity to positively impact patient outcomes and continue to grow professionally. I am available for immediate onboarding for a full-time clinical role.
