• Dr. Holly Tse is physician executive and dual board-certified internist and pediatrician whose mission is to make healthcare smarter, stronger, and more sustainable. Before founding Novella Insights healthcare consulting, she served as VP/Hospital Chief Medical Officer at Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center, leading major improvements in quality, safety, and employee engagement. As medical director of Legacy’s medical home program, she developed innovative best practices for value-based care across 25 primary care clinics. Her prior leadership experience also includes director roles at ZOOM+Care and Legacy GoHealth Urgent Care. She is passionate about redesigning care for the AI and value-based era.
  
  Dr. Tse still practices frontline primary care and teaches Internal Medicine residents, remaining grounded in modern practice while shaping the next generation of Oregon physicians. Her flagship program, “Clinic of the Future,” reimagines ambulatory care to realize the full promise of AI and digital tools. She received her medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and completed IM-Peds residency at the University of Rochester in New York.
