  With a clinical career spanning over two decades, I have dedicated my practice to the intersection of mental health and physiological harmony. My professional journey began as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), where I spent years specialized in trauma recovery and the psychological complexities of the human experience. This foundational experience in behavioral health deeply informs my current medical practice, providing me with a unique perspective on patient advocacy and the nuanced relationship between the mind and body.
  
  Driven by a desire to provide a more comprehensive level of care for my patients, I transitioned into medicine, obtaining my degree as a Nurse Practitioner. This evolution allowed me to integrate my background in psychotherapy with advanced clinical pharmacology and endocrinology. Today, my practice is focused on addressing the underserved needs of women navigating perimenopause and menopause, as well as providing specialized psychiatric care for mood disorders and PTSD.
  
  In an era of increasingly "bundled" healthcare and proprietary medical kits, I maintain a strictly independent clinical model. I believe that medical expertise should be decoupled from product sales to ensure the highest level of patient trust and clinical integrity. At Elite Medical Wellness, I do not sell medications, in-house hormone kits, or proprietary supplements. By removing these retail incentives, I ensure that every treatment plan is motivated 100% by patient data, lab results, and evidence-based protocols.
