1. Philosophy of Care:
As women, we are expected to fill many roles. Many of us are mothers, wives, professionals, daughters, sisters and friends. How can we fill all of these roles with ease and confidence? After all, a flower has only to be a flower. What would it be like to feel the serenity of just being a flower? Join me on a spiritual journey to find the love that resides within us. Let us cultivate health in our mind and body so that it will permeate into the roles that make us whole.
2. Clinical Interests:

3. About Me
I have been practicing in Longmont, Colorado since 2006. I am a mother of 3 children, a wife of 17 years, and practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology for 17 years.
My guiding teacher, after medical training of course, is fully accepting life's experiences. Cultivating a meditation practice is allowing me to be more present and alive in my multiple roles. I enjoy cooking, fitness, crafts, hiking, skiing, and lots of family time.
4. Why Choose UC Health
I am proud to be a part of an organization that supports patients and providers alike.
