Summary

• Dr. James Early is in private practice and is an independent physician owner and board member of the Western North Carolina Independent Physicians Association and former Chairman of the WCMS Foundation. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and has been in practice 30 years. With current interest in preventive medicine, wellness, and chronic multisystem disease, Jim and Amanda Early CMPE participate in multiple quality improvement programs. PCMH designation since 2011,current ACO involvement and BCBS accelerate to value; are a partial list of our improvement initiatives. After general surgery and family medicine residencies followed by converting a private practice in Linden Tx to a RHC and serving rural North East Texas for 13 years, we left our home state for Western Appalachia, Asheville and more private practice in 2003. The current clinic is in Black Mountain, NC and includes Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, two FNP providers and Psychological treatment on site. Quality integrative independent private care is our goal and our dream.
