  • I am a Board-Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician with special interest in COPD, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, and respiratory care services delivery. I serve as the Chairman of the Cleveland Clinic Education Institute which houses the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic GME, CME, and the Cleveland Clinic Academy, which offers leadership development training. I have a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and serve as Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. My specific interests in organizational behavior regard leadership development for healthcare providers, which has been the basis for the Cleveland Clinic's offerings, both internal (through the Cleveland Clinic Academy) and external executive education offerings like the Samson Global Leadership Academy for Healthcare Executives.
