Summary
- Working with individuals of diverse lifestyles and personalities and helping them cultivate wellness in their lives is the driving principle of my practice of psychiatry and personal development coaching for physicians. Come to me with the motivation to work toward greater emotional and physical wellness, and I will help you on that path, taking into account what wellness means to you.
My clinical practice strategies include medication management, talk therapy of varying modalities, and helping you address obstacles in your self care and human connections. My diverse background in neurodevelopment and genetics research prior to medical school as well as education in bodywork and elements of Eastern healing disciplines contribute to my balanced perspective on wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. Here you will find LGBTQ and non-normative lifestyle friendly care. I am also a MBTI certified practitioner and well-versed in the Enneagram of Personality and bring these frameworks into my clinical treatment and physician coaching strategies.
I completed residency in Psychiatry at Loma Linda University, medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, post-graduate studies in neurodevelopment at University of California San Diego, and undergraduate at University of California Davis.
