Overview of Dr. Yoon

I am a board-certified pediatric hematologist/oncologist specializing in bone and soft tissue sarcomas. I am a clinical professor within the department of pediatrics and am the medical director of the Pediatric Musculoskeletal Tumors Program at City of Hope. I lead our pediatric clinical research program by serving as the Principal Investigator of the Children's Oncology Group. I also work closely with our adult sarcoma colleagues to bring innovative clinical trials to City of Hope, specifically for the adolescent and young adult population.
