Summary

• I have over 12 years working in the Health Care Industry of which, the last 4 1/2 years as an experienced Nurse Practitioner in a medically underserved population demographic. I have served over 27 years in the National Guard in numerous key leadership positions with the most recent being as a team commander tasked with conducting Risk/Threat Assessments, implementing Risk Mitigation Strategies, and evaluating outcomes throughout the 16 sectors of Homeland Security's Critical Infrastructure.
  
  Additionally, I helped author the Homeland Security Comprehensive Assessment Model (HLSCAM) which provides both public and private industry a comprehensive risk assessment tool.
