  Hi, I’m Jennifer Behnke. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people cultivate optimal mental health and wellbeing.
  
  It is clear to me that the mind, body, and environment operate as a whole. With this understanding, I utilize an integrated and personalized approach to treatment that includes evidence- based tools such as medication, nutrition, targeted supplements, exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy, biofeedback and mindfulness.
  
  I value taking time with people, being present and listening to the whole story. I believe we heal best when we feel heard and take an active role in our own treatment.
  
  I graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2007 and have enjoyed working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, crisis centers, Indian health centers, correctional facilities, and long-term care facilities.
