- I am a residency-trained, Board Certified emergency medicine physician. I have been practicing in the Reno/Tahoe area since 2002. I am the Medical Director of the Saint Mary's Emergency Department and I am the Medical Director of REMSA Health, the area's ambulance franchise. I serve on the Boards of both Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center and Western Physicians' Alliance, the area's only independent physician alliance.
