Summary

I am a former English teacher and Humanities professor, now a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
My primary practice site is Wood Street Pharmacy, one of the UI Health Ambulatory Care Pharmacies.
I staff in Wood Street Pharmacy, conduct Outcomes MTM reviews, lecture and precept as part of the College of Pharmacy, and provide diabetes, hypertension, and smoking cessation counseling as a mid-level practitioner working under a collaborative practice agreement.
I do this in English and Spanish.
I precept, approximately ten 3rd & 4th year pharmacy students and 5 pre-pharmacy undergraduates, annually.
My practice sites are: Wood Street Pharmacy, UI Health, and CommunityHealth
I conduct research in the field of health literacy.
