Summary

• I am an internist who has been practicing medicine in New Jersey for nearly 20 years. I graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001 and completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Cabrini Medical Center, an affiliate of Mount Sinai Medical Center, in 2004. I worked initially as an internist in a traditional practice in West Nyack, NY. I then moved back to NJ and worked as a hospitalist for many years, first at Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ, and then at Morristown Medical Center until 2019, when I left to pursue a new career path.
  I believe that all patients deserve the time and care of a compassionate physician. My vision of opening a new practice was based on my commitment to truly listen to my patients, offering them time, empathy, and a more holistic approach to health care. I began researching the benefits of medical marijuana when it became legal in New Jersey in 2010. Many patients were asking me about it, but physicians knew very little about how to use marijuana in a clinical setting. I completed several intensive courses on medical marijuana, including its benefits, contraindications, side effects, dosing, and drug-drug interactions. I am certified by the state of New Jersey to recommend medical marijuana through the New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program.
