Summary

After a fellowship in neuroradiology, I focused on spine neurodiagnostics and pain management. My goal is isolation and treatment of pain generators using typical treatments such as ESI, nerve blocks, facet blocks, sacroiliac joint blocks and newer technologies including water cooled radiofrequency ablation neurotomies for treatment of spinal facet pain, sacroiliac joint pain, hip and knee pain related to osteoarthritis. I also perform kyphoplasties for painful compression fractures
