  • I am board certified in adult psychiatry and addiction medicine. I offer telehealth pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy for adults across TN and VA. I offer in-person ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for treatment resistant depression. I meet patients at my offices in Arlington, Johnson City, Nashville, and Roanoke when in-person visits are indicated. I also offer house calls on a limited basis. I am accepting new patients.
