Dr. Douglas completed his Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at New York University School of Medicine where he worked at both Bellevue Hospital and the Manhattan VA Medical Center. He completed his General Psychiatry Residency at Emory University. While at Emory, he served as Chief Resident of Grady Memorial Hospital and President of the House Staff Organization for all Emory residents and fellows.
Prior to completing his training in psychiatry, Dr. Douglas received both his M.D. and M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University. He also obtained his M.B.A. from University of California, San Diego.
