  • Dr. Munshower is a practicing physician dual Board Certified in Family and Geriatric Medicine with Main Line Health. He is highly involved with training medical students, interns, and residents. Dr. Munshower is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the department of Family Medicine at Temple University Medical Center, MCP/Hahnemann University Medical Center (dba Drexel University Medical School), and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He has a faculty appointment to the Dean of the College of Health Sciences at Midwestern University. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family, Community, and Preventative Medicine in the department of Family, Community, and Preventative Medicine at Drexel University Medical School. He has worked in cooperative ventures with the University of Pennsylvania’s Anxiety and Mood Disorders Center and is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a past member of the credentialing committee and Quality Improvement Committee of the Crozer Keystone Health System. He was active in the PCMH recognition project at CKHN and was a member of the PCMH NCQA Committee, the past Chair of the PCMH Care Coordination & Standardization Committee and the system wide Antibiotic Stewardship Program. He is a Clinical Operations Leader for main Line Health System (MLHS) and the Chair of the Dept of Family Medicine at Riddle Hospital of the MLHS. He is the Medical Director for the Delaware County Community College medical assistant studies program. Dr. Munshower has a long standing interest in hypertension, lipid disorders, diabetes, and prevention. He received his degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), and served his internship and residency at the PCOM/Graduate Health System, where he was also chief intern. He has been consistently recognized as a Top Doctor in Family Medicine in the Philadelphia region and Delaware Cty.
