Summary
- For nearly 50 years I taught pharmacology, was an in-patient attending on the Internal Medicine Service at the Tucson VA hospital and was involved in the development of a model of IgE mediated anaphylaxis and characterized the actions of the lipid mediator, platelet activating favor. I came to Tucson as the fourth member of the planning team that started up a new college of medicine. I am still teaching, remotely.
