John Paul Runyon, MD, FACC, gained his licensure in 1983 from the State Medical Board of Ohio after serving as an Intern for Internal Medicine at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Throughout the years 1983-1988, John Paul Runyon served and an Intern, Resident, Clinical Fellow of Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology Chief Fellow. He has gained certificates from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology.

John Paul Runyon, MD, FACC has been highly recognized as a co-founder for many programs that focus on educating practitioners on technology innovations and contemporary modalities available for diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of peripheral vascular disease and peripheral artery disease.
