I’m a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with a deep passion for helping individuals optimize their healthspan — not just live longer, but live better.

In my current role as a Longevity Physician at Fountain Life, I focus on cutting-edge approaches to longevity medicine, aiming to detect disease early, enhance metabolic and musculoskeletal health, and extend both lifespan and healthspan through evidence-based, proactive care.

My work bridges the gap between regenerative medicine and non-surgical orthopedic care, integrating techniques such as precision diagnostics, orthobiologics, and performance optimization to support healing, mobility, and long-term function.
