Summary

• My career has had many changes. From 2002-2010 I was in private practice taking care of both inpatients and outpatients. From 2010 to 2017 I made the jump to hospital medicine at Baptist Little Rock. From 2017-2020 I became a medical director of a 10-physician hospitalist practice in Pine Bluff. I then went back and got my MBA to enter the corporate side of medicine. For the last 3 years, I've been managing hospitalist and ICU programs across the country from NY to Florida. I continue to work clinically as well. I love bridging the gap of mistrust and miscommunication that seems to constantly exist between the hospital C-Suite and the providers. Driving quality and providing great work environments for my providers is my chief goal.
