He is interested in peripheral nerve repair, nerve transfers, wrist arthroscopy, hand trauma in adults and children, congenital hand differences, and wide-awake surgery. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented at national Orthopedic and Hand Surgery conferences. Dr. Lackey has participated in international mission work, providing orthopaedic and hand surgery care abroad in the Dominican Republic.
