- I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with dialysis and nephrology experience. I am currently working with an nephrology practice. As a nurse practitioner with nephrology I make rounds weekly at outpatient dialysis center, see patients in the office and help round at the hospitals. I've also worked with geriatrics, managing common medical problems such as hypertension, diabetes, atrial fib etc. etc. I have been a nurse practitioner for approximately six years. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner I worked in inpatient and outpatient dialysis, Critical Care in ICU and MedSurg. I have over 30 years of nursing experience.
