All my questions were answered, and I so appreciate it. Just had a wonderful smile and a good sense of humor. It was a pleasure talking to him.

I have not experienced such caring and thorough counseling regarding my health in a long time. Justin made sure that all of my questions were answered explicitly and his reassurance put my mind at rest. If only there were more Justins in the medical field.

Justin was extremely kind, loving, compassionate and informative. All things you need in PA or Doctor which seems to be rare these days. I would highly recommend working with him and would not hesitate having him apart of my care team. Thank you so much Justin for putting my mind at ease and handling my concerns with such compassion, which on Gods grace today have been given a clean bill of health. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I do want to add that all of the encounters I have had with Dr. Nissen and his entire team over the past 7 1/2 years have been exemplary. Each and every staff members is extremely kind, loving and caring. Maybe Dr.Nissen should go out in his free time(I know you don’t have any) and teach some bedside manners to other PA and Doctors who don’t seem to understand when we patients come to a facility like yours we are scared and deeply afraid. But your entire team like Justin my PA today made me feel cared for, heard, respected and safe. I pray I never need another surgery but I know that I am in good hands with Justin and Dr. Nissen. May God continue to bless you Justin, Dr. Nissen and the entire team. You all embody and are settling the standard for what health care should look like.

Justin Reyes was very helpful at explaining the results of my recent test to me . He answered all my questions and concerns knowledgeably and in a manner that I could comprehend .

My video visit with Justin was great! He is professional, knowledgeable and caring. He is an excellent listener and his responses are helpful and appropriate to my questions and concerns. Justin is 100% an asset to Dr Nissen’s team and I’m happy they chose him to talk with patients because not everyone has the same important skills and knowledge.
