• Ms. Kara Sell graduated from Binghamton University with a Masters of Nurse Partitioning with specialty in Psychiatry. Ms. Sell’s practice is telemedicine only currently. She is the owner and founder of Health and Wellness Psychiatry. Specializing in treatment of: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Drug/Alcohol Abuse, Anger, Binge-Eating (other eating disorders), Oppositional Defiance, OCD, Insomnia, PTSD. Ages 10-65 Care Philosophy: I incorporate a holistic approach to treat all conditions. Every patient will be seen and heard and treatment will be based off of their individual goals. I believe in the philosophy that medication is only part of the complete treatment of mental illness. Treatment will focus not only on medication management but will also incorporate exercise, counseling, proper sleep hygiene, diet and mindfulness.
