Summary

• I am a AGNP-C who provides direct clinical care for patients with acute and chronic wounds utilizing strong interpersonal, organizational and extensive wound care knowledge while working collaboratively with my peers to develop appropriate care plans, provide education to patients, family and medical staff in the academic environment. Identify and assist chronic wound care patients with an easier transition upon discharge to the out-patient wound care clinic. Furthermore, myself and my medical director are responsible for implementing a new in-patient wound care NP program for Wake Forest.
