Summary

• I’m a board-certified family nurse practitioner and founder of Pelvic Health Support. I help patients with sexual and pelvic health concerns go from feeling ashamed and confused about symptoms (sexual pain, pelvic pain, low libido,) and not heard by their healthcare provider to becoming proud, confident, educated, and empowered to flourish with their sexual and pelvic health.
  After completing my training at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions, I ran a sexual and reproductive health program at a large medical institution for over a decade. After going through treatment for breast cancer, I focused my learning on the science of sexual health—especially sexual pain, pelvic pain, and low libido/hypoactive sexual desire disorder. I completed additional training through the Herbert Benson Mind Body Institute to integrate the art of mindfulness into my practice.
