Summary

• Wow, It's been a wild ride! After working in South Florida for 6 years, I decided to take some time to travel. 23 years later, I'm still working locum tenens in Emergency Departments all over the US. I have occasionally signed on as a "permanent physician", but it just hasn't seemed to last. Anyway, I am living in North Central Florida, and continuing to travel.
  
  I also keep busy helping write and administer the Oral Board Exam for the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine/ABPS. I serve on the Graduate Training Committee as well, doing even MORE traveling, going to various Emergency Medicine Fellowship sites and inspecting the programs to insure that Fellowship Training meets minimum standards. Luckily, most of them far exceed those minimum standards, turning out very well trained Emergency Medicine specialists.
  
  In my spare time(HA!) I serve in the Medical Reserve Corps, and am in charge of a free clinic run through our local Health Department. I also take care of a menagerie of rescue animals, all of whom are deeply loved - and they know it!
