Summary

  • I'm currently a full time Emergency Physician in a free standing ED in Denton, TX. I have previously been on staff at a Humana Hospital ED in Somerset, KY, then Denton Regional Medical Center in Denton, TX and Baylor Medical Center in Plano, TX all as full time staff. I served as full time staff and Medical Director of four free standing Emergency Departments for First Choice ER. While in my hospital practice I additionally served as a Regional Medical Director and Regional VP of Medical Affairs for Spectrum Healthcare Systems and Spectrum Emergency Care, Inc. which were subsidiaries of Aramark based in Philadelphia, PA and later RMD for EmCare, Inc. originally based in Dallas, TX for a combined total of eleven years. While in those positions I also served as a temporary ED Medical Director for multiple hosptials awaiting recruitment of permanent Medical Directors along with many other duties. Following 25 years in a Hospital Based ED, I have transitioned to free standing ED's.
