Dr. Hayes completed his residency in 2003 at Louisiana State University Family Practice Program in New Orleans where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hayes has extensive medical knowledge in emergency medicine and served as ER Medical Director of Pioneer Community Hospital of Aberdeen from 2003 until 2015. Dr. Hayes also served as Chief of Staff at Pioneer Community Hospital from 2006 to 2015. He has held medical directorships at the Care Center of Aberdeen Nursing Home and Community Hospice. Dr. Hayes is board-certified in family medicine and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. He currently holds medical licensure's in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and California.
