• Kevin D. Nolan, MD, MPH, FSVS, FACS, FAPWCA, UHMS is a vascular and endovascular surgeon based in Southfield, MI. He completed his fellowship in Vascular Surgery at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in 1993 and his surgical residency and internship at University of North Carolina Hospitals. He holds an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
