His clinical experience in Cardiovascular MR, Cardiac CT including Angiography, and Multimodal Echocardiography techniques, led to his interest in clinical trials on precision diagnostics, prognostics, and rational therapeutics in cardiology. His experience in Multimodality and Imaging-guided interventions (Cath Lab and Cardiothoracic OT) led to his interest in vessel-muscle relationships in the Acute phase of MI and strategies to prevent ischemia-reperfusion injury, with a particular focus on hemorrhagic STEMI.
